摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸治疗联合强肌八段锦应用于类风湿关节炎患者的护理经验，主要包括强肌八段锦方法、耳穴压丸治疗方法及注意事项，依托类风湿全周期立体化健康教育体系。通过辨证施护选取有针对性的穴位及运动方法，可有效改善患者疼痛症状，提高患者日常生活能力。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular point plaster therapy combined with Qiangji Baduanjin in one rheumatoid arthritis patient. The main contents include the practice methods of Qiangji Baduanjin， the operation methods and precautions of auricular point plaster therapy， based on the whole-cycle three-dimensional health education system for rheumatoid arthritis. Through syndrome-based nursing with targeted acupoints and exercise methods， the patient's pain symptoms were effectively relieved and the activities of daily living were significantly improved.
