摘要

本文总结1例急性阑尾炎穿孔并发腹膜炎（肠痈）患者的中西医结合治疗护理经验。在西医传统保守治疗（退热、抗炎、营养支持等）基础上，从中医角度分析病因病机，结合辨证分型实施中西医结合治疗与护理，在饮食、情志及功能锻炼等方面给予指导，并结合针灸、耳穴埋豆、湿敷、穴位按摩与贴敷等中医技术进行干预。患者恢复良好，于2025年09月18日出院。对急性阑尾炎穿孔并发腹膜炎患者实施个性化、针对性强的中西医结合治疗护理，对患者生理、心理状态及临床症状进行有的放矢的干预，能有效减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院天数、降低医疗风险。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing for a patient with acute appendicitis perforation complicated with peritonitis （intestinal abscess）. Based on the traditional Western medical conservative treatment （fever reduction， anti-inflammation， nutritional support， etc.）， the etiology and pathogenesis were analyzed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine， and integrated treatment and nursing were implemented according to the syndrome differentiation. Guidance was provided in terms of diet， emotional state， and functional exercise， and traditional Chinese medical techniques such as acupuncture， auricular point embedding， wet compress， acupoint massage， and application were combined for intervention. The patient recovered well and was discharged on September 18， 2025. Implementing personalized and targeted integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing for patients with acute appendicitis perforation complicated with peritonitis can effectively alleviate the patient's pain， shorten the hospital stay， and reduce medical risks by providing targeted interventions for the patient's physical and psychological conditions and clinical symptoms.
