摘要

本文总结耳穴贴压联合火龙罐治疗缺血性脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者的护理经验。通过对1例57岁男性患者实施中西医结合护理干预，患者呃逆频率评分从治疗前8分降至出院前2分，生活质量总分从7分提升至13分，症状显著改善，未发生相关并发症。该联合疗法操作简便、疗效显著，为临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining auricular acupressure with Fire Dragon cupping therapy for a 57-year-old male patient with intractable hiccups following ischemic stroke. Through integrated Traditional Chinese and Western nursing interventions， the patient's hiccup frequency score decreased from 8 （pre-treatment） to 2 （pre-discharge）， while the quality of life score improved from 7 to 13， demonstrating significant symptom relief without complications. This combined therapy， characterized by operational simplicity and notable efficacy， offers a practical reference for clinical nursing.
