摘要

本文总结1例前列腺癌骨转移患者应用耳穴综合疗法（耳部按摩、耳部刮痧、耳穴压丸）联合芬太尼透皮贴剂镇痛的临床效果及护理经验。基于中医整体观及辨证施护理论，采用上述综合干预方案后，患者疼痛症状明显缓解，未出现便秘、恶心呕吐等阿片类药物常见不良反应。

Abstract

This article evaluates the clinical efficacy and nursing experience of a triple auricular therapy （auricular massage， scraping， and seed embedding） combined with fentanyl transdermal patches for pain management in a prostate cancer patient with bone metastases. Guided by TCM holistic theory and syndrome-differentiated nursing principles， the integrated intervention significantly alleviated the patient's pain without inducing common opioid-related adverse effects such as constipation or nausea.
