摘要

总结1例中药膏摩联合手指点穴治疗肛漏术后疼痛患者的临床效果及护理体会，为同类患者的治疗与护理提供借鉴。护理团队通过完善护理评估，基于对该患者的中医辨证施治，在常规护理基础上实施中药膏摩联合手指点穴，观察其疼痛缓解情况。结果显示，经治疗后患者疼痛逐渐减轻，焦虑情绪缓解，护理效果显著。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical effect and nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） ointment massage combined with finger pointing in the treatment of postoperative pain in a patient with anal fistula， aiming to provide reference for the treatment and nursing of similar patients. The nursing team improved the nursing assessment， and based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for the patient， implemented TCM ointment massage combined with finger pointing on the basis of routine nursing to observe the pain relief. The results showed that after treatment， the patient's pain was gradually relieved， anxiety was alleviated， and the nursing effect was significant.
