摘要

本文总结1例艾灸联合耳穴贴压干预缺血性中风后胃瘫患者盲插鼻肠管的护理实践。缺血性中风患者常因胃蠕动功能减弱易并发胃瘫，而经幽门后小肠喂养可有效降低此类并发症风险。临床观察发现，缺血性中风后胃瘫患者盲插鼻肠管的置管成功率较低。为此，本研究在常规护理基础上联合中医特色护理技术，结果显示可有效提高盲插鼻肠管的置管成功率，减少置管相关不良反应，促进患者胃肠功能恢复及营养状态改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing practice of blind nasojejunal tube insertion in a patient with post-ischemic stroke gastroparesis treated with moxibustion and auricular point pressing. Ischemic stroke patients often develop gastroparesis due to weakened gastric motility， and post-pyloric small bowel feeding can effectively reduce the risk of such complications. Clinical observations have shown that the success rate of blind nasojejunal tube insertion in patients with post-ischemic stroke gastroparesis is relatively low. Therefore， this study combined traditional nursing with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques. The results showed that it could effectively increase the success rate of blind nasojejunal tube insertion， reduce tube-related adverse reactions， and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and nutritional status in patients.
