摘要

本文总结中医五行音乐联合心理护理干预高血压肾损害血液透析患者焦虑抑郁情绪的临床经验。该模式以中医五行音乐干预为核心，配合心理护理及用药、生活、饮食、透析管路护理指导。结果显示，其能有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪，减轻临床症状，提升生活质量与主观舒适度，且操作简便、安全性高，在改善高血压肾损害血液透析患者焦虑抑郁情绪方面效果确切，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical experience of using the combination of traditional Chinese five-element music and psychological nursing to alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with hypertensive renal damage undergoing hemodialysis. This model takes the intervention of traditional Chinese five-element music as the core， and is combined with psychological nursing and guidance on medication， lifestyle， diet， and dialysis tube care. The results show that it can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients， alleviate clinical symptoms， improve quality of life and subjective comfort， and is simple to operate and highly safe. It has a definite effect in improving the anxiety and depression of patients with hypertensive renal damage undergoing hemodialysis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
