摘要

本文旨在总结1例胆胀（胆囊炎）患者中西医结合治疗的临床护理经验。通过系统的中西医结合评估与辨证选穴，联合应用耳尖放血、艾灸及耳穴贴压等中医适宜技术，配合饮食调护、用药护理、健康宣教及并发症预防护理等措施，有效缓解患者右上腹疼痛、乏力等临床症状，促进患者快速康复。

Abstract

This article aims to summarize the clinical nursing experience of a patient with cholecystitis （cholecystitis） treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Through systematic evaluation and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， combined application of ear tip bloodletting， moxibustion and auricular point pressing and other appropriate traditional Chinese medical techniques， in conjunction with dietary care， medication care， health education and prevention of complications， the patient's clinical symptoms such as pain in the right upper abdomen and fatigue were effectively relieved， and the patient was promoted to rapid recovery.
