摘要

本文总结1例应用全息经络刮痧治疗胆胀患者ERCP术后并发症的护理经验。通过中医辨证评估，辨证取穴，精准应用全息经络刮痧技术，配合病情监测、饮食指导及心理疏导，有效改善术后腹痛、腹胀、恶心症状，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating complications after ERCP in a patient with cholelithiasis through holographic meridian scraping therapy. Through TCM syndrome differentiation and assessment， selecting acupoints based on syndrome， accurately applying holographic meridian scraping technology， combined with condition monitoring， dietary guidance and psychological counseling， the symptoms of postoperative abdominal pain， abdominal distension and nausea were effectively improved， promoting the patient's recovery.
