摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐联合中医五音疗法改善腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation， LDH）并伴有中度焦虑患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，实施火龙罐联合中医五音疗法干预，可有效缓解LDH患者疼痛与焦虑，改善腰椎功能障碍，提高生活质量，促进患者康复。该方法安全性高、操作简单，患者接受度高，体现了中医“形神共养”的护理优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lumbar disc herniation （LDH） accompanied by moderate anxiety， treated with fire-pot therapy combined with Five-Element music therapy. On the basis of routine nursing care， the intervention of fire-pot therapy and Five-Element music therapy effectively alleviated pain and anxiety， improved lumbar dysfunction， enhanced quality of life， and promoted recovery in the LDH patient. This method demonstrates high safety， simplicity of operation， and strong patient acceptance， reflecting the nursing advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in "harmonizing body and spirit."
