摘要

本文总结1例丹毒患者应用中药溻渍联合冷光治疗的护理经验。在常规抗感染、改善循环治疗基础上，通过系统评估，针对患者左小腿红肿、疼痛及炎症指标偏高等问题，实施中药溻渍联合冷光照射的中医特色护理，并配合情志调节、饮食指导及健康宣教等综合措施。经干预，患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）由6分降至2分，左小腿红肿、灼热感显著改善，炎症指标下降，取得满意效果。结果表明，中药溻渍联合冷光治疗能有效缓解丹毒症状，促进患者康复，且安全性良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with erysipelas treated with herbal compress combined with cold light therapy. Based on conventional anti-infection and circulation-improving therapies， a systematic assessment identified key issues， including redness， swelling， pain in the left lower leg， and elevated inflammatory markers. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing interventions—herbal compress and cold light irradiation—were implemented alongside emotional regulation， dietary guidance， and health education. Post-intervention， the patient’s visual analog scale （VAS） pain score decreased from 6 to 2， with marked improvement in redness， swelling， and burning sensations， as well as reduced inflammatory markers， achieving satisfactory outcomes. The results demonstrate that herbal compress combined with cold light therapy effectively alleviates erysipelas symptoms， promotes recovery， and exhibits good safety.
