摘要

本文总结1例直肠癌术后并发继发性腹膜炎与脓毒性休克患者的综合护理经验。护理核心为分阶段实施系统性干预，脓毒性休克期，重点监测血流动力学指标，落实连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）及精细化容量管理；感染控制期，配合抗生素联合治疗，强化腹部多重引流管的专科护理。治疗全程同步开展全面呼吸道管理、个体化营养支持、规范化疼痛控制及健康宣教。通过多学科协作下的系统化、个体化护理干预，患者感染得到有效控制，休克状态纠正，生命体征趋于稳定，最终顺利转回普通病房，未发生严重护理并发症。本案例表明，及时识别病情变化并实施全面、系统的专科护理，是挽救急危重症患者生命、促进康复的关键环节。

Abstract

This article summarizes the comprehensive nursing experience of a patient with secondary peritonitis and septic shock after rectal cancer surgery. The core nursing strategy involved phased systemic interventions： during the septic shock phase， hemodynamic monitoring， continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）， and meticulous fluid management were prioritized； in the infection control phase， antibiotic combination therapy and specialized care for multiple abdominal drainage tubes were emphasized. Throughout the treatment， integrated respiratory management， individualized nutritional support， standardized pain control， and health education were implemented. Through multidisciplinary， systematic， and personalized nursing interventions， the patient achieved effective infection control， shock resolution， and stabilized vital signs， ultimately transitioning to a general ward without severe complications. This case highlights that timely recognition of clinical deterioration and holistic， systematic nursing are critical for rescuing critically ill patients and promoting recovery.
