Case Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing for an Elderly Bladder Cancer Patient after Surgery
The postoperative rehabilitation process of elderly bladder cancer patients is often affected by factors such as decreased physical fitness, high risk of complications, and difficulty in reconstructing urinary control function. Traditional unidirectional nursing models are difficult to meet their multi-dimensional rehabilitation needs. This paper takes a case of a bladder cancer patient over 80 years old after surgery as an example, and constructs a nursing path of "staged rehabilitation + integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine + continuous follow-up". Through comprehensive measures such as physiological monitoring, urinary control training, psychological intervention, nutritional adjustment, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, a full-process care chain from the early postoperative period to the continuation outside the hospital is formed. The practical results show that this model is helpful to promote the recovery of urinary system function, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life and emotional stability. The research indicates that the implementation of integrated rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients after tumor surgery has practical significance and promotion value, and can provide a reference direction for the clinical optimization of postoperative management of elderly bladder cancer patients.
