摘要

本文总结全息刮痧疗法在1例肝郁脾虚型失眠患者护理中的应用体会。在中医辨证理论指导下，采用全息刮痧特色中医护理技术，联合病情观察、饮食指导及情志护理等常规护理措施，对患者实施综合护理干预。结果显示，患者睡眠质量及日间功能显著改善，生活质量提高，取得较好临床效果。本案例表明，全息刮痧疗法为肝郁脾虚型失眠患者的中医护理提供了实践依据，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the application experience of holistic scratching therapy in the nursing of a case of insomnia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory， the unique TCM nursing technique of holistic scratching was adopted， combined with routine nursing measures such as observation of the condition， dietary guidance and emotional care， to implement comprehensive nursing intervention for the patient. The results showed that the patient's sleep quality and daytime function were significantly improved， and the quality of life was enhanced， achieving good clinical effects. This case indicates that holistic scratching therapy provides a practical basis for TCM nursing of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type of insomnia， and is worthy of clinical promotion.
