摘要

本文总结1例腰椎间盘突出症患者应用火龙罐综合灸联合中药膏摩治疗的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，为患者实施火龙罐综合灸联合中药膏摩治疗，并辅以生活起居指导、饮食调护、心理疏导及功能锻炼指导等综合护理措施，患者疼痛症状得到有效改善，生活质量显著提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of lumbar disc herniation with Fire Dragon cupping combined with herbal ointment massage. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， the intervention integrated Fire Dragon cupping， herbal ointment massage， lifestyle guidance， dietary regulation， psychological support， and functional exercise training. The combined approach effectively alleviated the patient's pain symptoms and significantly improved their quality of life.
