摘要

目的

总结火龙罐综合灸疗法治疗1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）呼吸衰竭行无创通气合并腹胀患者的护理经验。

方法

在患者常规西医治疗及护理基础上，针对其腹胀症状实施火龙罐疗法，选取神阙、中脘、天枢、气海及关元等腹部核心穴位，依托火龙罐温通、调补的功效开展辨证施护。

结果

经两个疗程火龙罐疗法干预后，患者腹胀症状显著缓解，肠鸣音恢复正常，腹部叩诊鼓音范围缩小，腹围较前减小，舒适度明显提升，对无创通气治疗的耐受性显著增强。

结论

火龙罐疗法作为安全、有效的中医护理技术，可有效改善AECOPD行无创通气患者因多因素引发的腹胀问题，提升患者舒适度与治疗依从性，值得在临床护理中进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of using the comprehensive moxibustion therapy of Fire Dragon Canister in treating a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） respiratory failure undergoing non-invasive ventilation and abdominal distension.

Methods

On the basis of the patient's conventional Western medical treatment and care， the Fire Dragon Canister therapy was implemented for the patient's abdominal distension symptoms. Core abdominal acupoints such as Shenzhu， Zhongwan， Tianshu， Qihai， and Guanyuan were selected， and the therapy was carried out based on the warming， unblocking， and tonifying effects of the Fire Dragon Canister for differentiated care.

Results

After two courses of Fire Dragon Canister therapy intervention， the patient's abdominal distension symptoms were significantly relieved， bowel sounds returned to normal， the range of tympanic sounds on abdominal percussion decreased， abdominal circumference decreased compared to before， comfort level significantly improved， and tolerance to non-invasive ventilation treatment significantly increased.

Conclusion

As a safe and effective traditional Chinese nursing technique， Fire Dragon Canister therapy can effectively improve the abdominal distension problems caused by multiple factors in AECOPD patients undergoing non-invasive ventilation， enhance patient comfort and treatment compliance， and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing.
