摘要

本文总结1例嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎患儿的护理经验。以中医辨证施护理念为指导，采用麦粒灸联合穴位贴敷疗法，并辅以饮食护理，有效缓解患儿腹痛、腹泻症状，缩短住院时长，且未见明显不良反应，为该病的临床护理提供了新的思路。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a child with eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Guided by the concept of syndrome differentiation and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， wheat-grain moxibustion combined with acupoint application was used， supplemented by dietary care. This effectively alleviated the child's abdominal pain and diarrhea symptoms， shortened the hospital stay， and no obvious adverse reactions were observed. It provides a new idea for the clinical nursing of this disease.
