摘要

本文总结1例过敏性鼻炎患儿的护理体会。在常规中西药内服治疗基础上，联合运用中药膏摩、刮痧、走罐等中医外治疗法实施个体化中医特色护理，以达到通鼻窍、祛风邪、补肺脾肾之效。干预后，患儿鼻塞、咽部黏膜充血及睡眠障碍等症状迅速缓解，免疫机能提高，病程缩短，实现“标本兼治”，患儿及家属满意度显著提升。本案例体现中医外治护理技术在儿科病症管理中的协同增效作用与独特优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a child with allergic rhinitis. On the basis of conventional internal treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicines， individualized traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods such as Chinese herbal ointment massage， gua sha， and moving cupping were combined to achieve the effects of unblocking the nasal passages， expelling wind pathogen， and tonifying the lung， spleen， and kidney. After the intervention， the child's symptoms such as nasal congestion， pharyngeal mucosa congestion， and sleep disorders were rapidly relieved， immune function was enhanced， the course of the disease was shortened， and both the symptoms and root causes were treated. The satisfaction of the child and the family was significantly improved. This case demonstrates the synergistic effect and unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment nursing techniques in the management of pediatric diseases.
