Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing for a Pediatric Case of Severe Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia Complicated by Pleural Effusion
This article summarizes the TCM nursing experience for a pediatric case of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with pleural effusion. Through interventions including routine care, symptom management, pulmonary rehabilitation, application of TCM-specific techniques, dietary guidance, and emotional nursing, the child achieved significant clinical improvement: effective alleviation of symptoms, satisfactory absorption of pleural effusion, accelerated recovery of pulmonary function, enhanced treatment compliance, and smooth rehabilitation progress.
