摘要

本文总结1例急性胰腺炎患者的护理经验。在对急性胰腺炎患者实施常规西医治疗的基础上，先通过科学评估辨证取穴，再应用中药膏摩疗法、耳穴疗法等中医外治法进行护理干预，同时配合饮食指导、用药护理、健康宣教及并发症护理等系统措施，有效缓解患者疼痛症状，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with acute pancreatitis. On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment， the patient received scientifically evaluated acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation， followed by nursing interventions employing external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， such as herbal ointment rubbing therapy and auricular acupuncture therapy. These measures were combined with systematic approaches including dietary guidance， medication care， health education， and complication management， effectively alleviating the patient's pain and promoting recovery.
