摘要

本文总结1例运用中药膏摩技术干预老年痰热阻肺型外感咳嗽患者的护理经验。针对89岁高龄、基础疾病复杂、沟通受限的患者，基于中医整体观念及辨证施护原则，实施以中药膏摩为核心的中医非药物外治法特色护理方案，同时辅以情志调护。经过为期1周的干预，对比护理评估数据发现患者咳嗽、咳痰症状显著缓解，疼痛不适状况改善，整体状态趋于稳定。结果表明，中药膏摩对此类老年咳嗽患者安全有效，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying herbal ointment massage （gaomo） to intervene in an elderly patient with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung type of exogenous cough. For this 89-year-old patient with complex underlying conditions and limited communication， a tailored Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） non-pharmacological external therapy protocol—centered on herbal ointment massage—was implemented based on TCM holistic principles and syndrome-differentiated nursing. Emotional regulation was concurrently incorporated. After one week of intervention， comparative nursing assessments revealed significant alleviation of cough and expectoration， improved pain relief， and overall stabilization of the patient’s condition. The results demonstrate that herbal ointment massage is a safe and effective intervention for elderly patients with this type of cough， warranting clinical promotion.
