摘要

本文探讨1例慢性心功能不全急性加重患者的中西医结合护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上，通过中医辨证施护，对患者喘憋、气促、心悸等症状实施针对性干预措施，包括穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆等中医护理技术，同时配合病情观察、生活起居及饮食指导等常规护理。干预后，患者喘憋、气促、心悸及汗出症状明显减轻，生活质量得到提高，各项身体指标恢复正常。

Abstract

This paper discusses the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment， targeted intervention measures were implemented for the patient's symptoms such as shortness of breath， shortness of breath， palpitations， etc.， including traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint application and auricular point pressing. At the same time， routine nursing such as condition observation， daily life and diet guidance was also provided. After the intervention， the patient's symptoms of shortness of breath， shortness of breath， palpitations and sweating were significantly relieved， the quality of life was improved， and all physical indicators returned to normal.
