摘要

本文总结1例43岁不乳儿乳痈（非哺乳期急性乳腺炎）患者的中医护理查房经验，探讨其有效的护理策略，是对“以患者为中心”整体护理理念的具体实践。针对患者术后康复需求，制定系统性护理计划，从疼痛管理、心理干预、伤口护理、饮食及生活方式指导等方面实施全面照护。患者护理效果良好，依从性高，未发生不良事件。本次查房充分体现了中西医结合护理在优化临床结局、提升患者体验方面的综合价值。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of TCM nursing rounds for a 43-year-old patient with non-lactational acute mastitis （"Buluer Ruyong" in Chinese）， exploring effective nursing strategies as a practical implementation of the "patient-centered" holistic nursing concept. A systematic nursing plan was developed to address the patient’s post-operative rehabilitation needs， involving comprehensive care in pain management， psychological intervention， wound care， dietary guidance， and lifestyle advice. The patient achieved favorable nursing outcomes with high compliance and no adverse events. This nursing round fully demonstrates the comprehensive value of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing in optimizing clinical outcomes and enhancing patient experience.
