摘要

本文总结葫芦灸联合穴位按摩改善1例卒中后尿失禁患者的护理体会。在完善相关临床检查的基础上，结合中医辨证施护理论，采用葫芦灸、穴位按摩配合常规护理及心理护理干预卒中后尿失禁患者，可显著改善患者排尿功能，减少尿失禁发作次数，减轻尿失禁严重程度，提高患者生活质量，有助于促进患者机体功能康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of improving post-stroke urinary incontinence in one patient through gourd moxibustion combined with acupoint massage. Based on comprehensive clinical examinations and guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation nursing theory， the intervention integrated gourd moxibustion， acupoint massage， routine nursing， and psychological care. The results demonstrated significant improvements in urinary function， reduced frequency and severity of incontinence episodes， enhanced quality of life， and facilitated overall functional recovery in the patient.
