摘要

本文总结1例系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）继发神经精神狼疮（NPSLE）并发急性意识障碍患者的护理经验。由医护团队协作，为患者制定个性化护理方案，护理要点包括意识障碍护理、感染预防护理、皮肤护理、营养支持护理及心理护理。通过系统性整体护理，患者意识状态恢复，病情稳定。本报告旨在探讨系统性红斑狼疮伴意识障碍患者的护理要点，为临床护理工作提供参考。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of a systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patient who developed neuropsychiatric lupus （NPSLE） with acute impaired consciousness. Through interdisciplinary collaboration， a personalized nursing plan was implemented， focusing on consciousness monitoring， infection prevention， skin care， nutritional support， and psychological intervention. Systematic holistic nursing interventions contributed to the patient's restored consciousness and stabilized condition. This case highlights key nursing considerations for SLE patients with consciousness disorders， providing clinical reference for similar cases.
