摘要

本文总结1例痰热壅肺型咳嗽患者采用中药膏摩治疗的护理效果及临床经验。基于中医辨证施护与整体观念，应用中医适宜技术中药膏摩，在患者背部特定穴位涂抹中药膏剂，并配合循经推拿手法操作；同时予饮食调护、情志疏导及生活指导等系统化护理措施，有效缓解患者咳嗽、咳痰症状，临床疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing efficacy and clinical experience of treating a patient with cough due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome using Chinese herbal ointment massage. Guided by the principles of syndrome differentiation and holistic care in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the intervention combined topical application of herbal ointment on specific acupoints of the back with meridian-based massage techniques. Systematic nursing measures， including dietary guidance， emotional regulation， and lifestyle advice， were also implemented. The integrated approach significantly alleviated the patient’s cough and expectoration symptoms， demonstrating notable clinical effectiveness.
