摘要

本文总结1例连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）联合中医特色技术干预急性重症胰腺炎伴腹痛腹胀患者的护理经验。在常规治疗护理基础上，采用CRRT技术，并以中医辨证理论为指导，联合中药灌肠、穴位贴敷、中药鼻饲等中医特色技术对患者的腹痛腹胀症状进行干预。经系统治疗与精细化护理，患者腹痛腹胀症状明显缓解，胰腺功能相关指标及感染指标显著下降，病情稳定后顺利转出ICU继续治疗。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with acute severe pancreatitis complicated with abdominal pain and distension treated with continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） techniques. On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing， CRRT was used， and TCM techniques such as enema with traditional Chinese medicine， acupoint application， and nasal feeding of traditional Chinese medicine were adopted under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory to intervene in the patient's abdominal pain and distension symptoms. After systematic treatment and meticulous nursing， the patient's abdominal pain and distension symptoms were significantly relieved， the indicators related to pancreatic function and infection decreased significantly， and the patient was transferred out of the ICU smoothly for further treatment after the condition stabilized.
