摘要

本文总结1例气虚血瘀型偏瘫患者接受面部全息刮痧联合穴位拨筋治疗的护理实践。护理过程以中医经络理论为指导，实施辨证施护，在面部全息刮痧与穴位拨筋治疗基础上，配合饮食调理、运动指导、面部及眼部护理、情志调护等干预措施，有效改善患者肢体功能、面神经功能及右耳疼痛等症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing practice of a patient with hemiplegia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis treated by facial holographic scraping and acupoint muscle traction. The nursing process was guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridians， and individualized care was implemented based on the treatment of facial holographic scraping and acupoint muscle traction. In addition， dietary adjustment， exercise guidance， facial and eye care， and emotional regulation were also provided. These measures effectively improved the patient's limb function， facial nerve function， and right ear pain.
