摘要

本文总结1例下肢丹毒不同辨证分期合并粒细胞缺乏患者的全程管理护理实践。采用“全程个案管理模式”，结合丹毒分期、辨证分型、局部症状及生活质量为患者制定个性化护理方案，建立“辨证—施护—康复”一体化护理体系；通过选择不同内服汤药、中医外治法、分阶段中医特色护理及渐进式康复训练，调整患者全身症状，控制下肢红肿及皮肤水肿。经13 d积极治疗与精细化护理，患者达成“疾病临床缓解与生活质量提升”的双重目标，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing practice of holistic management for a patient with lower limb erysipelas （differentiated into TCM stages） complicated by agranulocytosis. Adopting a "whole-process case management model"， an individualized nursing plan was developed based on erysipelas staging， TCM syndrome differentiation， local symptoms， and quality of life， establishing an integrated "differentiation–intervention–rehabilitation" nursing system. Through tailored oral herbal decoctions， external TCM therapies， phased TCM-specific nursing， and progressive rehabilitation training， systemic symptoms were regulated， while lower limb redness/swelling and skin edema were controlled. After 13 days of intensive treatment and refined nursing， the patient achieved the dual goals of "clinical remission and quality-of-life improvement"， leading to successful discharge.
