摘要

本文选取1例75岁2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者，通过多伦多临床评分系统（TCSS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）开展护理评估，确立相关护理诊断后，制定中西医结合护理方案。中医特色护理采用中药涂擦联合耳穴贴压，配合起居、饮食、运动及足部常规护理措施。经12 d住院治疗，患者双足麻木、疼痛及发凉症状明显改善，TCSS评分从11分降至8分，PSQI评分从14分降至10分，口渴多饮与夜寐欠安等症状缓解，住院期间未发生不良事件。研究表明，中药涂擦联合耳穴贴压的中医特色护理，能有效改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状及睡眠质量，提升护理效果，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This study involved a 75-year-old patient with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Nursing assessments were conducted using the Toronto Clinical Scoring System （TCSS） and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）. After establishing relevant nursing diagnoses， an integrated Chinese-Western nursing plan was implemented. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） interventions included herbal application combined with auricular acupressure， supplemented by routine care in daily living， diet， exercise， and foot care. After 12 days of hospitalization， the patient showed significant improvement in symptoms such as foot numbness， pain， and coldness. The TCSS score decreased from 11 to 8， and the PSQI score improved from 14 to 10. Symptoms like excessive thirst and poor sleep were alleviated， with no adverse events reported. The study demonstrates that TCM-specific nursing interventions—herbal application and auricular acupressure—can effectively improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality in DPN patients， enhancing nursing outcomes and offering clinical reference value.
