摘要

本文总结1例43岁宫颈鳞癌Ⅳ期复发患者的护理经验，该患者经放化疗后并发放射性膀胱炎、阴道炎及输尿管梗阻伴肾功能不全，同时合并重度贫血、肺转移、Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭及血栓病史，病情危重。在多学科协作与精准评估基础上，对患者实施中西医结合护理，西医予会阴护理、抗感染、体液管理及抗凝监测，中医予复方黄柏液湿敷及耳穴压丸治疗，同时配合心理干预。经10 d干预，患者症状改善，未发生严重并发症，提示“精准评估—多学科协作—中西医融合”的个体化护理模式，可有效改善复杂危重患者的预后。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a 43-year-old patient with recurrent stage IV cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The patient developed radiation-induced cystitis， vaginitis， ureteral obstruction with renal insufficiency， severe anemia， lung metastasis， type I respiratory failure and a history of thrombosis after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The patient's condition was critical. Based on precise assessment and multidisciplinary collaboration， the patient received integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing care. Western medicine provided perineal care， anti-infection treatment， fluid management and anticoagulation monitoring. Traditional Chinese medicine included wet compress with compound Phellodendron amurense decoction and auricular point pressing therapy. Psychological intervention was also provided. After 10 days of intervention， the patient's symptoms improved without serious complications. This suggests that the individualized nursing model of "precise assessment - multidisciplinary collaboration - integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine" can effectively improve the prognosis of complex and critical patients.
