摘要

本文总结1例运用中医适宜技术改善产后泌乳量不足问题的护理经验。护理人员在为产妇提供母乳喂养支持与照护的同时实施辨证施护，采用耳穴压丸联合手指点穴干预，改善产后缺乳症状，帮助产妇逐步建立纯母乳喂养信心。经过5 d治疗，产妇双乳泌乳通畅，乳量可满足新生儿需求，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques to address insufficient postpartum lactation in one case. Nursing staff provided breastfeeding support and care while implementing syndrome-differentiated interventions， utilizing auricular plaster therapy combined with finger acupressure to alleviate postpartum lactation deficiency symptoms and help the parturient gradually establish confidence in exclusive breastfeeding. After 5 days of treatment， the patient achieved unobstructed bilateral lactation with sufficient milk volume to meet the newborn’s demands and was discharged successfully.
