摘要

本文总结1例艾灸联合中药塌渍治疗偏矮身材患儿的护理经验。在整体观念和辨证论治的中医理论指导下，通过辨证施护制定个性化护理方案，采用艾灸与中药溻渍，配合实施辨证膳食及健康指导。经综合护理干预后，患儿体质明显增强，生长速度加快，生长曲线向正常范围偏移，取得满意的临床效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a pediatric case with short stature treated by moxibustion combined with herbal compress therapy. Guided by the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， an individualized nursing plan was formulated， integrating moxibustion， herbal compress， syndrome-specific dietary guidance， and health education. After comprehensive nursing interventions， the child's physical constitution significantly improved， growth velocity increased， and the growth curve shifted toward the normal range， achieving satisfactory clinical outcomes.
