摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐综合灸干预系统性红斑狼疮伴创伤性溃疡患者的护理经验。本案例采用中西医协同护理方案，西医予现代湿性愈合敷料换药，中医予火龙罐综合灸治疗，以改善局部微循环。通过全面护理评估制定个体化护理方案，经30 d系统干预，患者创面愈合，痛苦减轻，生活质量得到提升。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with traumatic ulcer who received fire dragon can comprehensive moxibustion intervention. In this case， a collaborative care plan combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine was adopted. Western medicine used modern moist wound healing dressings for dressing changes， while traditional Chinese medicine used fire dragon can comprehensive moxibustion to improve local microcirculation. Through comprehensive nursing assessment， an individualized care plan was formulated. After 30 days of systematic intervention， the patient's wound healed， pain was relieved， and the quality of life was improved.
