摘要

本文总结1例臌胀病患者的医护一体化查房案例，基于中医辨证施护理论，从患者病情、护理查房过程、中西医结合护理干预措施及康复结局等方面进行全面阐述，系统评价患者康复过程中的多维度变化。通过实施中西医结合护理措施，患者腹水及重度水肿症状好转，整体健康状况显著改善；规范化的中西医结合护理查房，有效提升患者的生活质量及护理满意度。

Abstract

This article presents a case study of an integrated medical-nursing ward round for a patient with drum-distension disease （ascites syndrome）. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， the report comprehensively elaborates on the patient's condition， ward round procedures， integrated Chinese-Western nursing interventions， and rehabilitation outcomes， systematically evaluating multidimensional improvements during recovery. Through combined TCM and Western nursing measures， the patient's ascites and severe edema significantly alleviated， with marked enhancement in overall health status. Standardized integrated ward rounds effectively improved the patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
