摘要

本文总结1例肝胆湿热型急性胰腺炎患者的中西医结合治疗与护理经验。基于中医基础理论开展辨证施护，通过精准护理评估确立明确护理目标，在常规护理基础上采用中医特色疗法芒硝外敷联合中药灌肠实施干预，以发挥通腑泻热、行气消胀及润肠通便的功效，促进急性胰腺炎患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing experience for a patient with acute pancreatitis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat type. Based on the foundational theories of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， syndrome-differentiated nursing was implemented. Through precise nursing assessment， clear nursing objectives were established. On the basis of routine care， TCM-specific therapies—external application of mirabilite combined with Chinese herbal enema—were employed to achieve the effects of purging heat， promoting qi circulation to relieve distension， and moistening the intestines to relieve constipation， thereby facilitating the recovery of the acute pancreatitis patient.
