摘要

本文总结中药冷湿敷联合耳穴疗法用于膝单髁置换术后肿痛的临床护理经验。基于患者护理评估结果及中医辨证分型，予以中药冷湿敷联合耳穴疗法干预，并分析患者疼痛改善效果，旨在为临床术后护理工作提供参考与依据。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine cold wet compress combined with auricular point therapy in the management of swelling and pain after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. According to the results of nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation of the patient， interventions of traditional Chinese medicine cold wet compress combined with auricular point therapy were performed. The improvement of patients’ pain was analyzed so as to provide references for subsequent clinical nursing practice.
