摘要

本文总结1例中药局部熏洗联合红外线照射治疗盆腔炎患者的护理经验。通过护理评估及中医辨证，在中药局部熏洗联合红外线照射治疗基础上，配合饮食护理、情志护理等中医辨证施护措施，患者最终痊愈。本案例显示，基于中医辨证施护理论指导，采用中药局部熏洗联合红外线照射治疗，可有效减轻患者痛苦，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with pelvic inflammatory disease treated by local herbal fumigation combined with infrared radiation. Through nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation， integrated care measures—including dietary guidance and emotional therapy based on TCM principles—were implemented alongside the primary treatment. The patient achieved complete recovery. This case demonstrates that the combination of local herbal fumigation and infrared radiation， guided by TCM syndrome differentiation theory， effectively alleviates symptoms with notable clinical efficacy， warranting broader clinical application.
