摘要

本文总结了颈部刮痧联合耳穴疗法缓解1例轻型脑外伤后头痛患者的效果，并梳理了相关护理经验。通过中医辨证施护，配合颈部刮痧、耳穴疗法、常规护理、饮食护理及情志护理等综合干预措施，有效改善患者头痛症状，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the efficacy of cervical Gua Sha combined with auricular therapy in alleviating post-traumatic headache in a patient with mild traumatic brain injury and outlines relevant nursing experiences. Through syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing interventions—including cervical Gua Sha， auricular therapy， routine care， dietary guidance， and emotional support—the patient’s headache symptoms were significantly improved， enhancing their quality of life.
