摘要

本文总结1例膝痹病（双膝关节疼痛）患者采用中医非药物疗法火龙罐综合灸治疗的效果观察及护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，予火龙罐综合灸治疗，并配合生活起居指导、饮食指导及情志指导等常规护理措施，有效改善患者双膝关节疼痛及焦虑的临床症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of a patient with knee arthralgia （bilateral knee joint pain） treated with Fire Dragon Canister Comprehensive Moxibustion， a non-drug therapy in traditional Chinese medicine. Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， Fire Dragon Canister Comprehensive Moxibustion was applied， along with routine nursing measures such as guidance on daily life， diet， and emotions. This effectively improved the patient's clinical symptoms of bilateral knee joint pain and anxiety.
