摘要

本文总结1例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者采用艾灸联合中药热奄包治疗的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取腹部艾灸联合中药热奄包的治疗方案，在寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的临床应用中取得显著效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a case of dysmenorrhea due to cold stagnation and blood stasis with moxibustion combined with herbal hot compress. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， the treatment regimen of abdominal moxibustion combined with herbal hot compress achieved significant clinical efficacy in the patient.
