摘要

本文总结1例胃肠功能紊乱合并上消化道出血患者的中西医结合护理体会。本案例在常规予促胃肠动力药、维生素、抑酸护胃药及止血药治疗的基础上，联合中药热奄包、艾灸及穴位贴敷等中医特色护理技术。通过饮食、药物及情志等多维度中西医结合护理干预，患者病情逐步好转，恶心、腹泻与腹胀症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for a patient with gastrointestinal dysfunction complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Based on conventional treatments including prokinetic agents， vitamins， acid-suppressive medications， and hemostatic drugs， the case incorporated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques such as herbal hot compress， moxibustion， and acupoint application. Through multidimensional interventions encompassing diet， medication， and emotional regulation， the patient's condition gradually improved， with significant alleviation of nausea， diarrhea， and abdominal distension.
