摘要

本文总结穴位贴敷联合超声药物透入治疗1例肺炎喘嗽患儿的护理经验。通过全面护理评估，基于中医辨证施护理论制定护理计划与措施，采用具有化痰止咳功效的穴位贴敷和可促进肺部炎症吸收的超声药物透入两种中医外治疗法联合干预患儿肺部炎症；同时配合生活起居护理、饮食调护、情志指导等措施，有效控制患儿咳嗽、咳痰症状，促进肺部炎症吸收，提高患儿生活质量，缓解家长焦虑情绪，干预效果显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining acupoint application with ultrasonic drug permeation in treating a child with pneumonic cough. Through comprehensive nursing assessment， a care plan and measures were developed based on the theory of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Two external TCM therapies—acupoint application （with phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving effects） and ultrasonic drug permeation （to promote pulmonary inflammation absorption）—were jointly applied to address the child’s lung inflammation. Concurrently， interventions such as daily living care， dietary guidance， and emotional support were implemented. These measures effectively alleviated the child’s cough and expectoration， accelerated lung inflammation resolution， improved quality of life， and reduced parental anxiety， demonstrating significant therapeutic outcomes.
