摘要

本文总结1例复杂上颈椎畸形（寰枢椎脱位、颅底凹陷症）患者行后路枕颈融合术的围手术期护理经验。通过实施基于风险预控的精细化围手术期护理管理，患者安全度过手术期，未发生椎动脉损伤、重度压力性损伤或深静脉血栓等并发症；术后神经功能症状改善，恢复良好，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of caring for one patient with complex upper cervical deformity （atlantoaxial dislocation and basilar invagination） undergoing posterior occipitocervical fusion. Through the implementation of refined perioperative nursing management based on risk pre-control and prevention， the patient safely passed through the surgical period without complications such as vertebral artery injury， severe pressure injury， or deep vein thrombosis. The neurological function improved postoperatively， recovery was favorable， and the patient was discharged successfully.
