摘要

本文总结1例隔姜灸脐疗联合中药封包在充血性心力衰竭水肿患者中的护理体会。通过对充血性心力衰竭患者进行水肿评估，结合中医辨证施护，在常规饮食及情志护理的基础上，制定个体化护理方案。基于“春夏养阳，秋冬养阴”理论，采用隔姜灸脐疗联合中药封包中医特色技术，以达到益气温阳、活血利水的目的，有效改善患者临床症状，提高生活质量，护理效果较好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying ginger-separated moxibustion at the umbilicus combined with Chinese herbal packs in a patient with edema induced by congestive heart failure （CHF）. On the basis of conventional dietary and emotional nursing care， an individualized nursing plan was developed through edema assessment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and nursing. Guided by the theory of "nourishing yang in spring and summer， and nourishing yin in autumn and winter，" the characteristic TCM techniques of ginger-separated moxibustion at the umbilicus combined with Chinese herbal packs were adopted to achieve the effects of replenishing qi， warming yang， promoting blood circulation， and removing water retention. The intervention effectively improved the patient's clinical symptoms and quality of life， achieving favorable nursing outcomes.
