摘要

本文总结1例慢性功能性便秘患者采用便秘推拿联合耳穴压丸治疗辅以五音疗法的护理经验。通过科学评估、辨证取穴，应用耳穴压丸及便秘推拿等中医适宜技术，配合病情监测、饮食指导、情志护理及健康宣教等干预措施，改善患者便秘症状，提高其生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a chronic functional constipation patient treated with constipation massage， auricular seed embedding， and adjunctive Five-Element music therapy. Through scientific assessment and syndrome-differentiated acupoint selection， Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques such as auricular seed embedding and constipation massage were applied， complemented by interventions including symptom monitoring， dietary guidance， emotional counseling， and health education. These measures effectively alleviated the patient's constipation symptoms and improved their quality of life.
