摘要

本文总结运用知信行模式提升1例聋哑透析患者治疗依从性的护理体会。通过Morisky服药依从性量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及日常生活能力量表（ADL）评估患者的治疗配合程度与生活自理状态。基于护理评估结果及中医辨证分型，采用知信行模式护理干预联合穴位贴敷技术，有效缓解患者的急躁、焦虑情绪及便秘症状，患者可主动配合透析治疗，显著提高治疗依从性及生活自理能力。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice （KAP） model to enhance treatment compliance in a deaf-mute patient undergoing dialysis. The patient's treatment adherence and self-care status were assessed using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale （MMAS-8）， Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA）， and Activities of Daily Living （ADL） scale. Based on nursing assessments and TCM syndrome differentiation， a KAP-based nursing intervention combined with acupoint application therapy was implemented. This approach effectively alleviated the patient's irritability， anxiety， and constipation symptoms， enabling active cooperation with dialysis treatment and significantly improving both treatment compliance and self-care capacity.
