摘要

本文总结1例饮酒诱发低血糖综合征患者急救的护理经验。通过院前快速血糖筛查明确诊断，实施静脉推注高渗葡萄糖等紧急处理，并结合院内系统性监测、根本原因分析及个体化健康教育，形成从急救到预防的闭环护理模式。经系统干预后，患者血糖迅速回升至安全范围，意识状态恢复，未发生反跳性高血糖及心脑血管并发症。出院后3个月随访，患者未再出现严重低血糖事件，自我管理能力显著提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in the emergency treatment of a patient with alcohol-induced hypoglycemic syndrome. The diagnosis was confirmed through prehospital rapid blood glucose screening， followed by immediate interventions such as intravenous hypertonic glucose administration. Combined with in-hospital systematic monitoring， root cause analysis， and individualized health education， a closed-loop nursing model from emergency care to prevention was established. After systematic intervention， the patient’s blood glucose rapidly returned to a safe range， consciousness was restored， and no rebound hyperglycemia or cardiovascular complications occurred. During a 3-month follow-up after discharge， the patient reported no recurrent severe hypoglycemic episodes and demonstrated significant improvement in self-management capabilities.
