摘要

热射病是一种严重的急性中暑类型，属于危及生命的急症，常并发横纹肌溶解症、多器官功能障碍等严重并发症，病死率极高。本文通过回顾1例热射病恢复期合并横纹肌溶解症患者采用葫芦灸联合中药贴敷治疗的临床护理过程，总结护理要点，包括病情观察、葫芦灸护理、中药贴敷护理、并发症预防、心理护理及健康指导等方面，为临床此类患者的护理提供参考。经积极治疗与精心护理，患者病情好转出院，随访1个月恢复良好。

Abstract

Heat stroke is a severe form of acute heat illness classified as a life-threatening emergency， often complicated by rhabdomyolysis and multiple organ dysfunction， with an extremely high mortality rate. This paper retrospectively reviews the clinical nursing process for a patient with heat stroke in the convalescent stage complicated by rhabdomyolysis who received gourd moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） acupoint application. Key nursing points are summarized， encompassing condition observation， gourd moxibustion care， TCM acupoint application care， complication prevention， psychological nursing， and health guidance， aiming to provide references for the nursing care of similar patients. Following active treatment and meticulous nursing care， the patient's condition improved and the patient was discharged， with favorable recovery during the one-month follow-up.
