摘要

本文总结1例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的护理效果。在常规护理基础上，联合应用头部刮痧与耳穴疗法，有效缓解患者的头晕症状，提高生活质量，该疗法具有不良反应小、安全性高的优势，患者接受度良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing outcomes of a patient with vertigo of liver yang hyperactivity type. On the basis of routine care， the combined application of head gua sha and auricular therapy effectively alleviated the patient’s dizziness symptoms and improved quality of life. This therapeutic approach demonstrated advantages such as minimal adverse effects， high safety， and good patient acceptance.
